The Centre which was founded in March 1983, in London, was also registered in Belgium in 2005. The Survey titled “An Investigation into the Future of the Federation of Nigeria” was designed by Mr. John-Salakov, the Founder of the Centre for Community Studies, a Belgium-UK-based Research Organisation specializing in Justice and Judicial activities.
The Survey which was carried out in 18 City States of Nigeria, between September 2010 and May 2011 was designed by Mr. John-Salakov, Founder of the Cemtre.
After analyzing the result of the Survey, Mr. John-Salakov added that “In the absence of Divine Intervention, the Federation of Nigeria will be broken into four self-governing African States by the year 2015”
Asked whether he knows what the four states would be called, Mr. John-Salakov
said –
“Though I was born in Nigeria during the Colonial Administration of
the country, I am a foreigner.
“I don’t like the way that Jonathan is running the country. I have been under country arrest since June 22, 2010. I have been prevented from returning home to the United Kingdom. I have no business with Nigeria and Nigeria has no business with me.
“Mohammed Bello Adoke, the Attorney General of the Federation issued a Disclaimer in April 2011, to the effect that neither he nor the Federal Government played any part in my sudden appearance in Nigeria, 51 years after I left the country as a minor. Adoke puts all the blame on the government of the Netherlands. He did try to exonerate the previous Minister of Foreign Affairs, but it was a pointless exercise. The Embassy of Nigeria in Den Haag issued a bogus Emergency Certificate, which KLM – Royal Dutch Airlines used to transport me to Nigeria, against my consent and without proper documentation, as in laisser passer or travel document”
“But as as regards the possibility of Nigeria breaking up into four self-governing states that would happen in the absence of Divine Intervention.
“I would expect the Yoruba race to go for ODUDUWA KINGDOM”
According to Mr. John-Salakov, “The Yoruba race could be described as the England of Nigeria”
Belgium-UK-based Centre for Community Studies carried out its Survey in 18 City States of Nigeria, between September 2010 and May 2011.

The Survey touches upon the slaughter of some 200 young graduates who participated in the Nigerian Youth Service Commisson (NYSC). They were slaughtered like rams in the North of Nigeria, during the April 2011 elections.
Mr. John-Salakov added: “Under no circumstances should young people be sent to the North of the country in future to serve. Young people from the South East, South West and South South should serve in their own region. Northerners should serve in the North”.
The Survey condemns the practice whereby Norherners working in the Ministries and Quangos and other Federal Government sponsored bodies are sent to the South East, South West and South South to head government departments, quangos and other statutory bodies.
“In my judgment the conduct of the Federal Government amounts to neo-colonisation of the South East, South West and South South of Nigeria by Northern Nigerians. The practice must be consigned to the dusbin of history. It is not acceptable,” he said
