The RIGHT OF HABITATION was presented on my behalf to the Secretary General of the United Nations Ban Ki-Moon. I did not attend the Presentation Ceremony because the British Home Office (Anthony Dalton - a civil servant in the Home Office in Liverpool) has consistently and persistently refused to renew my UK passport since September 2003, in the mistaken belief that I held / hold Nigerian citizenship and passport - which is completely untrue and false.
It is my heart's desire that some nation states will adopt the RIGHT OF HABITATION.
