BREAKING NEWS
Five officers of the PLC Party arrived in Nigeria yesterday, to advise Human Rights activists, who are struggling to minimise the damage done to the environment in the Niger Delta region of Nigeria by the Royal Dutch Shell Company, according to Ms Katrina Lucas, Head of the PLC Party Public Affairs, from premises in Chicago, USA
FOREIGN IMMIGRATION OFFICERS who kidnap Black people in different parts of Europe, imprison them and deport them to Nigeria should be detained for a minimum period of 7 days and should also be deported together with the deportees whom they brought to Nigeria, according to a Proposal to be submitted to the Federal Ministry of External Affairs in Nigeria by the Public Law Centre incorporating Public Defender Service and Lawyers Without Frontiers
The Public Law Centre -PDS-LWF is the Legal Branch of the PLC Party. The Law Centre offers Support Services to governments across nation states. It also undertakes R & D on Social Sciences and Humanities. It provides independent legal advice, representation and general legal services.

This Proposal is being placed before the Federal Governmment of Nigeria in response to the recklessness of the Dutch Immigration and Naturalisation Division of the Ministry of Justice in the Netherlands. At least, as many as 2,500 people with Nigeria connection were unlawfully detained and imprisoned by the so-called Dutch IND between February 2009 and March 2010.
MR. JOHN-SALAKOV
Mr. John-Salakov is a Controversalist, Human Rights Activist and Prolific Writer. He is also the Leader of a UK Registered Political Party of British at home and abroad. The PLC Party was formed in 1983. But following the meteoric rise of Mr. Obama in the United States, Mr. John-Salakov made it known that, the Continent of Europe would go to all extents to prevent any Black person rising to the top in any part of Europe for the next 25 years.
The PLC Party, which puts PEOPLE BEFORE POLITICS, COMMONSENSE BEFORE LAW (People, Law, Commonsense) had hoped to field 145 Candidates during the May 6 General Election in the UK. But on 22nd March 2010, officers of the Royal Netherlands Military Constabulary and Rotterdam-Rijnmond Regional Police Force paid him and his wife a visitation, at his registered address in Rotterdam. The couple was arrested upon the grounds that they were illegal.
One of the officers told the couple that they were doing it for MR. GORDON BROWN!!
DISHONESTY BORN OF RACISM
The arresting officers acted dishonestly. On 20th January 2010 an appointment was made by the IND for Mr. John-Salakov and his wife to attend at its Desk in Stadhuis (City Hall), in Rotterdam. on the 24th, 25th, and 26th February 2010, Mr. John-Salakov and his wife were invited by the United Nations Development Programme and Mayor of Rotterdam to attend the WORLD ALLIANCE OF CITIES AGAINST POVERTY (WACAP) Conference, in Rotterdam UN Conference Invitation
From the moment in 2007 when he opened the Branch Office of the Public Law Centre, he was in regular correspondence with important people in the government, including the former president-minister, Mr. Peter Balkenende and others in similar standing.
The PLC Party also shares the same premises with the Public Law Centre. In light of these matters it is dishonest of the Dutch Immigration Police to accuse him of illegally staying in the Netherlands. In any event, the Public Law Centre was properly registered with KVK (a sort of Chamber of Commerce) in Rotterdam.
ARREST, DETENTION, AND REMOVAL
Mr. John-Salakov was arrested on the 22nd March 2010. He was held in a Guantanamo-style prison in the South of Holland. On the 21st of June 2010 he was taken to the Reception Area of the Detention Centre and secretly photographed.
On the 22nd June 2010, exactly 3 months following his arrest, he was taken to Schiphol Airport in Amsterdam, and bundled on to a flight bound for M.M. International Airport, Lagos.
BOGUS EMERGENCY CERTIFICATE AND PROMISE TO RETURN HIM TO NETHERLANDS
While in the air, the Military Commander in charge of the "deportation" showed him a copy of the EMERGENCY CERTIFICATE issued on the 21st JUNE 2010 by a Ms Margaret i.IGBINABARO of the Embassy of Nigeria in Den Haag.
The CERTIFICATE contains glaring mistakes. It misnames and misdescribes Mr. John-Salakov. It also misspells his name.
The three Dutch men knew that the Certificate was bogus. So, they struck a deal with Mr. John-Salakov, saying that he would be returned to the Netherlands on KL 588 if the NIGERIAN IMMIGRATION SERVICE rejects the Emergency Certificate.
SIGNATURE IS A FORGERY
The purported signature of Mr. John-Salakov below what appears to be a passport photograph of his, is a forgery. The same signature appears on the Seal of the Embassy of Nigeria. That is a turn for the books. How could Mr. John-Salakov gain access to the seal of the Embassy?
For reasons which were beyond any person's comprehension, the Nigerian Immigration Officers overlooked those fatal mistakes.
Apparently, Mr. John-Salakov pointed out to the NIS that an EMERGENCY CERTIFICATE is not a substitute for a Travel Document or Laisser-Passez.
NEVER HELD A NIGERIAN PASSPORT
Mr. John-Salakov was never granted a Nigerian passport, even though he was born in Nigeria in 1943. The reason for that was because, he was registered as a Citizen of the United Kingdom in 1959, under the then British Nationality Act 1948, Sections 6 to 9.
The above is not in dispute. The Treasury Solicitor's Department (TSoL), which advises British government departments, ministers and civil servants, in a Statement made before Mr. Justice Benjamin in 2004, stated that, Mr. John-Salakov was granted UK Passport in 1959 and that he had been resident in the UK ever since. The lawyer who wrote the Statement was a MR. JOHN ARMSTRONG.
MINISTRY HAS NO RECORD OF ANY PASSPORT HAVING BEEN GRANTED
Neither the Ministry of External Affairs nor Interior in Abuja has any record of a passport ever having been granted to Mr. John-Salakov. Therefore, he should not have been allowed to land. The NIS should have carried out a thorough investigation when the three Dutch men handed over the EMERGENCY CERTIFICATE to its officers.
BIRTH CERIFICATE VINDICATES MR. JOHN-SALAKOV
During a 2-hour interview at a hotel yesterday, Mr. John-Salakov received an envelope. It was a letter from London. When he opened it, he punched the air in jubilation. Then he showed it to me. IT WAS HIS BIRTH CERTIFICATE. The Birth Certificate confirms his date of birth, the citizenship of his father, and it was different from the citizenship of his mother. The Certificate totally destroys the credibility of the EMERGENCY CERTIFICATE issued by Ms Margaret I. IGBINABARO.
DUTCH ATTEMPT TO DISCREDIT UK
There is very little doubt that the Dutch Immigration and Naturalisation Division of the Ministry of Justice is seeking to discredit the United Kingdom.
UK is one country that honours its international obligations, whereas the Dutch State has no respect for human rights. 98 per cent of the people of Holland do not believe in the existence of God. One of that country's politicians once said - GOD DID NOT MAKE HOLLAND, HOLLANDERS CREATED HOLLAND IN THEIR OWN IMAGES!!
The Dutch Immigration Police destroyed Mr. John-Salakov's Parliamentary ambition in the UK. They put the blame on Mr. Gordon Brown and Home Office.
One of the reasons for bringing him to Nigeria on the 22 June 2010, was so that he would miss some important appointments in London in the early days of July 2010.
MINSTERIAL INVESTIGATION IS INEVITABLE
Mr. John-Salakov is pursuing his claim against the Dutch for FALSE IMPRISONMENT and he's claiming exemplary damages in the region of 500,000 EUROS. I wish him well. He is a man of principle. He is fighting for the rights of every BLACK PERSON out there in Europe and beyond. But it is easy to misread or to misunderstand him.
I believe that the Federal Government should be proud of Mr. John-Salakov. He has done us proud in this country. He left this country 51 years ago. He lost contact with this country. The Dutch are fully aware of this fact. The Dutch are aware of his bond of attachment to the United Kingdom, what with 8 adult children, thirteen grandchildren and three great grandchildren. The Dutch are also fully aware that he has lost all contacts with Nigeria and he has no one here. Yet, they treated him like a sack of potatoes and simply dumped him at the airport and walk away from him.
The Federal Government should look into the matters raised in this article. Mr. John-Salakov should be compensated for the failures of the Nigerian Immigration Service that enables the creators of APARTHEID system to get away with yet another catalogue of wrong doing against BLACK PEOPLE.
