Issues that will determine 2010 General Election  "The Haves have no time for the Have-Nots"  ~As old as I am, I have never been able to find the answer to the question WHY the ones with power, authority and control, continue to be jealous of those who have nothing: Is this a British disease?~  The public relations exercise that would enable leaders of the three main political parties to show what they are made of or what they lack, would not make any significant difference to the outcome of the General Election 2010. We have spent some time researching the issues that would determine the outcome of the election.
