LAW IN SOCIETY

In essence, Law in Society is a battlefield in which Bad laws or poor administration of justice seeks to prevail over the rights of inhabitants of a country.

Law in Society is a proper topic for public debate.  Today in the United Kingdom there are millions of people whose human rights are violated with impunity because there is so much wrong with the English legal system and administration of justice. The excesses built into the judicial system are hidden from view.

In any event, it is almost impossible for the inhabitants of a country to identify the defects that are peculiarly idiosyncratic of their legal system. Hence the belief that it is not always possible to change a system from within.  Without the political Will the chances of the English legal system that blends its own provisions with humanity, are nil.

Purely as a political exercise there are a number of features of Law in [British] Society that have to be addressed, by the Ministry of Justice, in association with the Metropolitan Police Service, and Law Commission.  These are –

• Abuse of legal process by court administrators
• Incorrect anatomy of judgments occasioning incorrect justice, miscarriages of justice
• The use made of Unqualified, bogus and fraudulent “solicitors” by the Attorney / Solicitor General and    Judges through the Treasury Solicitor Department [Tsol] to deliver legal services
• Secret briefings by the Courts Service, designed to destroy the reputation and social standing in the community of individuals who are perceived as “trouble makers” and others who dare to challenge the judges
• Narrow mindedness occasioned by colonial mindset on the part of some members of the upper echelons of the judiciary to correct injustices done to citizens, because of the erroneous belief that they can do no wrong
• The use made of Unqualified “lawyers” as “Masters” or “Deputy Masters” in the Queen’s Bench Division, and Court of Appeal [Civil / Criminal Divisions] impugns the integrity of the judicial system itself.
• A law of 1334 which prohibits “scandalising of the Courts” by any citizen, needs to be re-examined in light of the conduct of Simon Brown LJ, of the newly created Supreme Court, Joseph Richard Buxton [retired] and a few other highly placed members of the Judiciary

Loss of respect – Need for a Public Inquiry
The Judicial system and Judiciary have lost the respect of many citizens. The rules of court are meant to confuse and bamboozle court users.  The level of legal reasoning has almost dissipated into a vapour of nothingness.

But a paucity of learning on the part of Her Majesty’s Justices is not the only problem that citizens are complaining about.  It is an abuse of legal process, vexatious , and scandalous for Her Majesty’s Judges to set the law in motion against citizens, and then go into the Witness Box, as if they were a victim.

On taking office, Her Majesty’s Justices undertake to well and truly do justice to all manner of people, according to the law of the Realm. Yet, on Wednesday 12 March 1997, at the request of the then Lord Chancellor, Mackay of Clashfern, a Secret Meeting took place at the HQ of the Lord Chancellor’s Department. Following that Secret Meeting the law was set in motion against me and, measures were put in place to mount a bogus prosecution against me, imprison me, and institute a Section 42 SCA 1981 proceedings against me.

To this day Her Majesty’s Justices who were responsible for the Conspiracy are riding high.  They are unwilling to admit that they were wrong to involve themselves in Conspiracy the sole and predominant purpose of which was to destroy and harm another. They feel that they have every right to ignore me, because I am Black. The consequences of the harm done remain as destructive and devastating as ever.

The only way out of the impasse is a Public Inquiry.  It is wrong, in a Christian Society, for Her Majesty’s Justices to put themselves above the law.

Profiling Justice

Reference to Minister of Justice
I understand that our Request for a Public Inquiry has been passed on to Mr. Jack Straw.  A communication from the Ministry does not say whether the Minister would or would not set up a Public Inquiry.

However, I am of the opinion that Mr. Jack Straw should, before the 2010 General Election set up a Public Inquiry.  The Judicial Conspiracy against the Public Law Centre was born at about the time that the Labour Party came to power in 1997.  I do expect Mr. Jack Straw to clear up the huge mess that his Judges have caused, before next year’s General Election.  It is not a lot to ask for.
