Incorrect Justice Part 4
Pray with me.
Forgiveness is an act of Compassion. It is granted to those in need by those who have it in their power to grant it. It is granted at the behest of God through the agency of humankind.
And so having regard to all the injustices done to me and to others like me or unlike me;
By those in the Royal Courts of Justice in England and Wales, in the Metropolitan Police Service or in the Constabularies, in the two-tier system of legal profession, in the Charity Commission, Criminal Cases Review Commission, in the Home Office, Attorney General’s Office and in the Treasury Solicitor’s Department and in other parts of the English Legal System, too sensitive to name,
We pray to God to forgive each and every one of them so that they may appreciate that theirs is not a Kingdom fit for Human Habitation but a den of iniquity on earth;
We pray to God to forgive those in the Royal Courts of Justice in England and Wales, who have it in their power to vindicate and or validate the rights, freedoms and entitlements of inhabitants but choose or chose the path of injustice in the name of justice
We pray to God to forgive each and every one of them, for theirs is not the Kingdom of God but a court of injustice

In this Part 4 of Incorrect Justice my intention is to deal purely with administrative measures taken by the Court of Appeal, which occasioned injustice. I also intend to give credit where credit is due.
Secrecy
The yardstick by which one should measure justice is whether or not those directly responsible for administering it understand the duty of care owed to the court user. Transparency and openness are a sina qua non in this equation.
Buxton LJ & dirty money
On May 4 2000, a Justice in the Court of Appeal [Civil Division], Joseph Richard Buxton staged a bogus “Hearing”, in the Court of Appeal.
In a 21-paragraph judgment Buxton gave the impression that he was dealing with an “Application” by Andre John-Salakov in respect of the judgment of Simon Brown – [Simon Brown is currently one of the 11 justices sitting in the Supreme Court, but for long?]
On the face of the record, it must have taken Buxton at the very least, 10 minutes to read his own “judgment”.
Yet at paragraph 21, Buxton wrote, “Mr. Salakov has had ample opportunity to asset his complaints”. He has ample opportunity to appeal; indeed is apparently appealing in respect of the outcome of the trial at Southwark Crown Court…”
Those words made Buxton LJ, as he then was a downright liar. He got all of his facts upside down. I was not “apparently, indeed appealing”. The matter to which he referred had been disposed of 5 months earlier.
I was not in his court or in any court on that day. The only people who were there with Buxton on that day were Stephen Wilcox, Neil Smith, and Rodger Lutterodt.
Prior to that bogus “Hearing”, Buxton LJ as he then was received a substantial backhander from the Daily Mirror newspaper on behalf of a Data Centre, known as High Beam. Buxton staged the bogus Hearing to satisfy his paymasters.
Incorrect justice remains incorrect
The damage done by Buxton remains undone. The Court of Appeal Civil Division pushes the responsibility to Ms Sally Meacher, from the AIT, to clear up the mess left behind by Buxton. The poor woman does not know what to do. Following her telephone call to us on 17 November 2009 she has been ducking and diving ever since. I fully understand her predicament.
Racism and nepotism go together pari passu in the Court of Appeal Civil Division. But there are a few Justices left in that court, who can be trusted.
Power of Attorney Act
Between 1995 and 1997 I created a system within the Public Law Centre, whereby a person who had a case in County or High Court, was shown how to handle his or her own case, without having to pay through the nose for the services of lawyers, whose interest was not justice but money.
We made use of the Power of Attorney Act 1971 Section 10. The use that we made of Section 10 attracted the attention of Judge Goodman of the Croydon County and Crown Court Complex. He instructed Stephen Wilcox of the Lord Chancellor’s Department to issue a Document, with a view to invalidating the use that we made of Section 10 of the 1971 Act. The Document circulated in the name of the Lord Chancellor was clearly intended to intimidate the Public Law Centre.
A Justice in name and deed
Dyson LJ is one justice whose understanding of the concept of Justice I have come to admire. Wilcox Document soon came to the Notice of Master Dyson, as he then was. He saw much wrong with the Document. He circulated a 2-page document to - All Masters; Deputy Masters, on the subject of PLAINTIFFS ACTING THROUGH AGENTS He wrote:
1. Some time ago there appeared in Court Business, circulated to all Courts by the Lord Chancellor’s Department the following item: - “An ordinary agent who is not a solicitor may not sign particulars of claim and conduct proceedings on behalf of a plaintiff. However, an agent who is acting under power of attorney may do so provided that certain conditions are fulfilled”
. He set out 5 conditions which clearly negated Wilcox’s Document. At paragraph 2 of his Circular, Master Dyson, as he then was wrote –
“Both Master Winegarten and I, and I understand a number of others queried this [i.e. Wilcox’s Document] with the result a further item was published which said that, contrary to what was previously published, it was not for court staff to refuse to issue writ or summonses, but a matter for the judiciary”.
In effect, Master Dyson and Master Winegarten, as they then were represented the acceptable face of British Justice. Master Winegarten may have strayed somewhat over the years, but I still hold Dyson LJ, as he is today in high regard, in the light of the events and circumstances that happened in 1997.
The way forward
There is shame, frustration, and confusion in the Court of Appeal Civil Division in relation to this 4-Part Series on Incorrect Justice. Most of the Justices of that Court had thought that I would be dead a long time ago, in light of what some of their number did to me.
The fact that I am still around means that the “Justice” they dished out to me and to many others, was Incorrect. We have God on our sides but they have their man made rules on their sides. In the final analysis TRUTH shall triumph over lies and deceit, and bogus Hearings.
Beyond expectation
Many of the Justices of that court did not expect that I would ever have a voice after all the events of 1997 – 1999. The English Legal System has murdered many inhabitants in the name of justice over the years but NATURE will always look after the welfare and wellbeing of the aggrieved.
Laughing stock
One would have thought that Justices in the Royal Courts would be mindful of the fact that 54 countries currently constitute themselves into a British Commonwealth of Nations, because those countries hold the reigning Monarch in high regard.
The English Legal System is a laughing stock around the world, as of now. The System continues to disappoint and distress many. For example, I am ashamed to watch the UK Border Agency at work, as the Agency is portrayed on foreign television channels.
