The following policy applies to the PLC Party, "the Political Party",  PUBLIC LAW CENTRE / PUBLIC DEFENDER SERVICE / LAWYERS WITHOUT FRONTIERS (The NEWPLC Civil Society Organisation / Law Research and Policy Development Institute), World Peace Law Organisation and any other site owned by the Institutions Summary of other activities

The Political Party /  Law Research and Policy Development Institute, also known as Civil Society Organisation (CSO) are committed to protecting the privacy and security of its online visitors.

This policy statement provides our visitors (e.g., lawyers, students, parliamentarians, judges, members of the general public, state-sponsored institutios, pseudo-state sponsored institutions, financiers an fiancial institutions, telecommunication and agents of states with an overview of the measures we have taken to provide a safe online environment.

Our Policy on Africa
Africa is at crossroads. The Continent has been standing there since the demise of British, French and Portuguese colonialism. Pan Africanism is also non-existence. We do not endorse, and we are not supportive of the activities of G8 with particular reference to Food Aid, Refinancing or Restructuring of Loans and other dubious or doubtful debts in so far that such activities encourage subjugation in contradistinction to self-realisation of individual potentials. A Dependency mindset within the Continent on G8 and on any other supranational assembly will never permit the Continent to rise from its own ashes

Our policy on East-West-Relations
In order to create peace in the world, this Civil Society Organisation takes the view that countries with a common identity should stick together and those other countries which have survived on their own for centuries should continue to live in peace with their distant neighbours. Thus, neither Georgia nor Ukraine should be allowed a place in the NATO Alliance.

Our Policy on Universal Immigration and Asylum Seeking
The PLC Party policy is not confined to Immigration and Asylum. It includes Immigration, Emigration, Identity, Nationality, Multiple Nationality, Identity Cards and Passports.  In 2001 we submitted a 14-Point Plan to the Government of the Republic of Ireland in 2001.

Our Policy on ECHR
This Civil Society Organisation takes the view that the European Court of Human Rights has become synonymous with national politics, with the result that those citizens who look up to the court for fairness of procedure principle, for fair treatment and justice, are turned away empty -handed, hopes dashed and hearts left bleeding.  These Institutions take the view that the ECHR carries itself as the mouthpiece of the Minister of Justice of the Member States of the European Union. The Court's Jurisprudence is almost non-eistent

Our Policy on Corporate America
These Institutions take the view that Corporate America continues to lag behind the rest of the world in areas of honesty and transparency in business transactions or dealings. The  Institutions take the view that there is a lot of skulduggery in the boardrooms of both the acceptable and unacceptable faces of Corporate America. We believe that this is a necessary corollary of Dreamland Capitalism.

Concerning terrorism
There is no such thing as Global terrorism but there exists both de facto and de jure parochial terrorism. These Institutions will endeavour at all times to offer Support Services to any government anywhere that does not look down on us and which considers our views and opinions on national and international issues.
