Justice is a Lottery in today's Britain!
At the best of times, Justice through the courts system in the UK, is a lottery; it always has been a lottery. Justice miscarries more often in England and Wales than in all the other European countries put together. Although in England and Wales alone, we have enough laws, statutory instruments and regulations to fill a 12-storey block, the fact remains that those who are responsible for proper administration of justice, regularly abuse their judicial powers. There are too many of them – 244,000 judges in England and Wales alone.
Crown Courts
I am in sympathy with many of our Judges sitting in Crown Courts. Many of them do try to do justice. They also work hard. There have been many occasions when I wondered how, on earth, those judges sitting in the Crown Courts don’t go mad, having to listen to lies from police and crown prosecutors day in, day out.
High Court Divisions
By contrast, I am inclined to take the view that many of our judges sitting in the High Court are living well and truly above their intellectual means. I know that they hate my guts for saying these things. But surely, it is a citizen’s duty to point out to those who are running our lives that they should not put themselves above the law.
The ones above the law
The OXFORD MAFIA Mark 2 deals with the circumstances that led to the unlawful raid of the Public Law Centre premises in South Norwood on April 16 1997 and again on 17 July 1997, followed by the worst form of malicious prosecution in the long history of English Criminal Law.

Race relations
The purpose of government should be people promotion, not people destruction. The Report by the government published only yesterday, on the issue of Race Relations in the UK, is not credible. There is an awful lot of racism in the UK. The colour of a person’s skin, determines in the eyes of key institutions, the quantity of justice to be made available to minorities in the country.
Judges are above the law because they do not like to accept that they are human beings, too, and that to err is human. In any event, the ones that I have had dealings with are living well above their intellectual means. The society needs a PUBLIC INQUIRY in any event into the whole issue of administration of justice in England and Wales. |
