The rest of the world thinks and dreams of the people of the UK as the most educated, literate, intelligent people on earth. After all “little England” as it was Centuries ago built an Empire from nothing and managed to shackle and tied up one-fifth of the world populations in legal semantics, all done nicely with red ribbons. In fact, the word “Great” in the title “Great Britain” came about because of England’s supremacy on the high seas. Child killers March 13, 2010 John Venables Case John Venables recall to prison "The killers of James Bulger in 1993, should not have been prosecuted", according to the new Children's Commissioner, Dr. Maggie Atkinson,. But I just wonder whether she has been studying my publication the RIGHT OF HABITATION Complementary to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights [2007] Article 30 of the RIGHT provides: "A nation state may not impose a prison sentence for any act of wrongdoing done by a child under the age of 18 years and 1 day even if extreme violence occasioning paralysis or death or causing the victim to be hospitalised has been used by that child but any such child shall be accommodated in a psychiatric hospital specially designed for the treatment of physical aggression until he or she has attained the age of 18 years and 2 days at which point he should be sent to an adult prison, for 18 years and 1 day, if death occurs as a result of the attack, or for a shorter period as provided by the law of the nation state concerned if the attack does not occasion death"    Add new comment All fields are required.
