Mr. Andre John-Salakov, (68), Founder of the PLC Party, UK registered political party of British at home and abroad, has filed a multi-million law suit against the Federal Government of Nigeria and Dutch Immigration police officers. He accused the Respondents of making him “stateless” and endangering his life in Nigeria.
For the purpose of the 1954 Convention Relating to the Status of Stateless Persons, the term “stateless person” means a person who is not considered as a national by any State under the operation of its law”.
Background info
Mr. John-Salakov was born in Nigeria in 1943. In 1959, he was registered as a British citizen under the British Nationality Act 1948, Sections 6-9. In the same year, he was granted a United Kingdom passport and he was sent to the United Kingdom, where he has lived ever since.
The Treasury Solicitors Department (aka Tsol), a British government Department, which employs some 3,600 lawyers, and which is answerable to the Attorney General, confirmed in court papers filed in the Administrative Court, Queen’s Bench Division of the High Court, in 2004 before Mr. Justice Benjamin that, Mr. John-Salakov was indeed granted a UK passport in 1959 and that he has indeed been living in the UK since 1959.
His first wife, Florence (Sally) who divorced him in 1979 was found dead in mysterious circumstances in the family home in Thanet, in April 2004.
What he describes as his bond of attachment to the United Kingdom includes five sons, 3 daughters, 13 grandchildren, 3 great grand children.
There is no country in the European Union, in South East Asia, and South Asia Pacific, who has not heard of Mr. Andre John-Salakov. He is a prolific writer and a Human Rights Campaigner, who clearly cannot stand what he describes as “Establishment Mentality wrapped up in Colonial Mindset”.
The title of one of his books, “THE OXFORD MAFIA The ones above the law” has angered many members of the British judiciary to death since the book came out in 2004.
In 2005, I learned following a visit to a bookshop in Fleet Street, London, that a Judge bought 7 copies of the book, even though he once protested: “That John-Salakov fellow is a cad”, at which point an attendant said, “but you keep coming back to buy The OXFORD MAFIA –“
Refusal of passport and Nigeria Independent Act 1960
In 2003 Mr. Anthony Dalton, Chief Caseworker, in the Home Office, and a Mr. John Page, Ms W. Hooley, Ms Dooley, and Mr. Tyrer, put their heads together and decided to teach Mr. John-Salakov a lesson.
The aforementioned civil servants wrote to him, telling him that the Passport Office has been instructed NOT to renew his UK passport, upon the ground that under the Nigeria Independent Act 1960, he ceased to be British as of October 1 1960.
Mr. Dalton took it upon himself to notify British Embassies and High Commissions in different parts of the world NOT to extend any consular assistance to Mr. John-Salakov or to any member of his family.
In the Administrative Court, in London, in 2004, before Mr. Justice Benjamin, Mr. John-Salakov posed a question: “IF I LOST MY BIRTH CERTIFICATE BUT NEEDED ANOTHER COPY, WOULD THE REGISTRAR EXPECT ME TO GO BACK INTO MY MOTHER’S WOMB TO BE RE-BORN IN ORDER TO QUALIFY FOR ANOTHER BIRTH CERTIFICATE”.
No one from the Treasury Solicitors was available to answer that question.
British Embassy in Belgium
During a recorded telephone call made to the Public Law Centre in Brussels,. A senior British Diplomat, Mr. Michael Kerr said: “This is the British Embassy calling – I have received your fax sent to addressed to the Head of Mission. Mr. John-Salakov is not British. He was a Nigerian born in Lagos in 1959. He entered UK in 1959 but he declared himself as a Nigerian during the Nigeria Independence in 1960. The Home Office had withdrawn his Nationality and British Passport when he applied for renewal realizing that it was issued to him in error in the first place”
Born in 1959 … Entered UK in 1959? Oh, Dear Michael? Et tu Michael? He must have entered UK in nappies. Dear Michael? What’s going on with your lunch box?
The Dutch, their Apartheid system and their prison ship
On 20th February 2010, the Dutch Government of Dr. Peter Balkenende collapsed. The Leader of the Labour Party pulled out of the Coalition, over the subject of financing of Dutch meagre troops in Afghanistan.
On 24, 25, 26 February 2010, Mr. John-Salakov and his wife were Guests of the United Nations Development Programme and Mayor of Rotterdam, at the WORLD ALLIANCE OF CITIES AGAINST POVERTY (WACAP) Conference in Rotterdam.
On the 22nd March 2010, Mr. Leo Verschoor, Mr. M. Verhave-Woudstra and 6 other Immigration Officers gained unlawful entry into the home office of Mr. And Mrs. John-Salakov. They were arrested upon the ground that they were “illegal immigrants”.
51 years after he entered Europe the Dutch were saying that he was an “illegal immigrant”. The events that followed defied any rational explanation..
Mr. John-Salakov was detained in what he described as a “GUIANTANAMO-STYLE” prison ship, called DE KALMER”. “But there were no blonds, blondes or blue eyes on the ship. It was rented from the British, and there were some 1200 Black people imprisoned there. The Dutch can be very inhuman. It is in the blood. See what they did to NELSON MANDELA. 27.6 years in jail. For what? For fighting for freedom”
He went on, “We were fed on bread and tea for breakfast, bread and tea for lunch and snacks for evening meal” While he was on the prison ship, he posted a series of articles titled “HOLLAND GUANTANAMO” on the website of the PLC Party.The articles are still on the site.
Nigerian Diplomat doing slave trade in Holland
Her name is MS. MARGARET I. IGBINABARO. It is not clear whether she is from River State or Benin.
4 out of every 5 Black people seized or captured by the Dutch Immigration Service, are locked up for a minimum period of 6 months. After 6 months they are introduced to Ms Igbinabaro and she in turn, issue a “certificate to the Dutch, saying “he / she is a Nigerian”
On 6th May 2010 Mr. John-Salakov was drvien from the prison ship to the Headquarters of the Dutch Police in Den Haag. Ms. Igbinabaro has a small ofice in the Police HQ. At the material times she worked there on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
According to Mr. John-Salakov, his meeting with Ms IGBINABARO was “acrimoniious”. He apparently told her that he has never held a Nigerian passport in his life, but when she started insulting him, he said that he stormed out of the room.
KLM – Royal Dutch Airline
KLM runs 16 flights to Lagos every week. On 22nd June 2010, Mr. John-Salakov was driven at speed from the prison ship and bundled on to KLM Flight 587, bound for Murtala Muhammed International Airport.
He resisted being bundled on to the plane, but all to no avail. While on the plane, when he threatened to down the plane into the sea, one of the 3 Dutch men who bundled him on to the plane showed him the “EMERGENCY CERTIFICATE” issued by Ms Igbinabaro.
The “Certificate” was bogus. It contained forged signatures of Mr. John-Salakov. It also contained wrong spellings of Mr. John-Salakov.
One of the 3 Dutch men apparently said, “WE KNOW THIS CERTIFICATE IS WRONG. NIGERIANS ARE IGNORANT PEOPLE. IF THEY REJECT THE CERTIFICATE, WE WILL TAKE YOU BACK TONIGHT AND WE WILL RETURN YOU TO THE NETHERLANDS ON FLIGHT 588”
Nigeria Immigration Service
Nigeria Immigration Service was carved out of the Nigeria Police in 1958. It is a corrupt outfit. Nigeria Immigration Officers cannot survive on the pittance they earn and so,each person glorifies bribery and corruption.
They held Mr. John-Salakov alongside some young people from Rwanda, Cameroon, Ghana, Niger, and Kenya, in a room without basic sanitation, no bed, no mattress, no toilet, no drinking water, and no food for 3 days.
Senior Advocate Candide Johnson
Mr. Charles Adeyemi Candide-Johnson is a 50-year old Yoruba. He became a lawyer in Nigeria in 1984. In 2003, he was awarded the title of “SAN” – Senior Advocate of Nigeria.
Yoruba people of Nigeria have strong moral principles. They protect their race religiously. So, it was a surprise when information reached Mr. John Salakov that Mr. Candide-Johnson approached the Dutch Ambassador in Abuja, saying that he would use his influence to dismiss the court action that Mr and Mrs. John-Salakov instituted against the Dutch Imigration and Naturalisation Service.
It was a clear attempt to pervert the cause of justice. Mr. John-Salakov and some 6000 Black people were victims of Dutch apartheid system of law.
According to Mr. John-Salakov, “what the Dutch were doing was nothing short of ethnic cleansing. They also carried out medical experiment on Blacks on the prison ship. I cannot understand why Mr. Candide-Johnson did what he did. His behaviour does not speak well of Nigerians”.
Should the Federal do business with Holland
On the face of the record, Nigeria carries itself like a Seventh or Eighth world country. Nigeria would enter into an international agreement but would not read the small prints or make any reservations. The Vienna Convention on Consular Relations of 1963, is an example. All States Parties except Nigeria make a Declaration or Reservation.
According to Mr. John-Salakov, “Nigeria is not a Nation State. It is still a country. It is a country without any credible system. Websites are full of bogus telephone numbers, bogus email addresses. Consequently, people like MARGARET I. IGBINABARO are hurting humanity with impunity and the Federal Government has not recalled her. Why?”
We have now written to Mr. David Mark, President of the Nigerian Senate, but his email address does not work. We have tried to find a telephone number for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, but there is no telephone. We have tried to find a telephone number for the Ministry of Internal Affairs, but there is no telephone. We have tried to find a telephone number for the Federal High Court but there is no telephone. We have tried to find telephone number for any of the Government offices in Nigeria, but there is no telephone.
Meanwhile, Mr. John-Salakov has written to the new Prime Minister of The Netherlands, Mr. Mark Rutte. A formal request has also been made by Ms Helena Schwarzenberg, Head of Administration of the PLC Party and Public Law Centre , to remove Ms MARGARET I. IGBINABARO from The Netherlands.
A well-known Nigerian Human Rights Advocate is considering a separate multi-million law suit against KLM – Royal Dutch Airline, among other Federal Government Agencies.
