England has done a great deal of good for humanity. However, there are certain aspects of the English Legal system that offend against humanity. Human Rights Activists and Defenders of the Aggrieved, are more likely to be stigmatised as “vexatious litigants” pursuant to the Supreme Court Act 1981 section 42. Section 42 is a vicious piece of law. It is a gagging order. It forces court users to beg and beg and beg to be heard in legal proceedings. For a country which colonised so many countries, Section 42 of the Supreme Court Act 1981, is nothing more than a race trying to play GOD.
