Andre John-Salakov "UPP worldwide Campaign"
By Anna Palensky, Webmaster, PLC Party & Public Law Centre NEWPLC [CSO]
Yesterday in Den Haag, Netherlands, Mr. John-Salakov, Leader of the PLC Party and Founder of the Public Law Centre incorporating Public Defender Service and Lawyers Without Frontiers, commonly known as the NEWPLC [Civil Society Organisation], announced the start of a worldwide campaign in support of the UNDOCUMENTED PAPERLESS PEOPLE [UPP]
Mr. John-Salakov said: "all indications are that, currently there are some 200 million people in the six Continents who are victims of undocumented paperless bureaucracy, in other words, people who are either undocumented or paperless by reason of government policies, everywhere”.
The Hague Convention
He once again put the blame for the “colossus”, as he put it, on The Hague Convention of April 12 1930. He went on, “there is no doubt that civil servants throughout the European Union and elsewhere in Africa, Middle East, South East Asia, Asia Pacific, North, South, or Latin America, do not know anything of The Hague Convention and how the mischief created by that Convention 80 years ago is still harming and hurting societies everywhere in the six Continents”

Multicularism
He disclosed that immigration; nationality or citizenship laws, rules and regulations of every nation state in the world are designed for the protection of individual kingdoms.
He said, "We talk about Union of European countries and yet, the 27 member states have no clue what citizenship or nationality is all about. Each member state is only protecting its own kingdom.”
He went on: "There is no harm in protecting one's rice bowl but there is a problem, because People Need People. One single race cannot inhabit a country. You need diversity. You need all sorts of cultures but I will admit that multi-culturalism does not always work."
There was laughter when he said that he saw some 100 white and black pigeons on a Sunday - "obviously, they were attending their own Sunday Service. The only problem, was that the white ones assembled in one part of the waterfront and the black pigeons assembled some distance away from their white friends. It was an amazing sight".
Mr. John-Salakov drew attention to his book “CONVENTIONS ON STATELESS PERSONS, NATIONALITY & PASSPORTS”. He described himself as a victim of undocumented paperless bureaucracy. “So, I understand how the Undocumented Paperless People feel. I am a member of that class. I don't like what I encounter, but like Gloria Gaynor, I will survive”.
