Nigeria Minister of Foreign Affairs is looking for Netherlands trouble over the issuance of bogus emergency certificates used in ethnic cleansing of Blacks from the Schengen area of the European Union.
The Legal and Treaties Division of the Ministry of Justice in Abuja, FCT, has sworn and filed a Counter Affidavit in an ongoing lawsuit against KLM – Royal Dutch Airline (1st Defendant), the Attorney General of the Federation (2nd Defendant), Comptroller General of Nigeria Immigration Service(3rd Defendant), and Minister of Foreign Affairs (4th Defendant). I introduced the court action against the Defendant, to resolve 3 primary issues:
1. Whether the 1st Defendant is not in breach of Article 3 of the Warsaw Convention by transporting the Plaintiff (me) from Netherlands to Nigeria on June 22 2010 without proper documentation and concealing its destination from the Plaintiff
2. Whether the 1st Defendant is not in breach of Sections 34 & 35 of the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria by forcibly transporting the Plaintiff to Nigeria against his consent and wish
3. Whether the 3rd & 4th Defendants are not in breach of Sections 34 & 35 of the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria by detaining the Plaintiff for 3 days for no reason whatsoever at the Headquarters of the Nigeria Immigration Service at Ikoyi, Lagos
