DUTCH IMMIGRATION POLICE TO PAY MULTI-MILLION LAW SUIT
Question mark over Gordon Brown involvement
A group of detainees in a least 4 Holland Guantanamo detention centres is set to issue proceedings within the Royal Netherlands Military Constabulary, the Rotterdam-Rijnmond Regional Police Force, the DT&V and TKF divisions of the Ministry of Justice.
The detainees are claiming several millions of Euros in exemplarily damages for unlawful, detention and false imprisonment.
To date, no one in Holland has ever issue proceedings against the ruthless, lawless, bandits, masquerading as immigration police in Holland.
In the event, the integrity and impartially of the Administration Division of the Raad vanState has called into question.
GORDON BROWN
Mr Gordon Brown the former UK Prime Minister , has been linked to a number of cases involving unlawful arrested, detention and false imprisonment of some black British who entered Holland without the necessary documents.
A Rastafarian was held for 5 months before he was given 24 hours to leave the country.
Another black British was deported to the West Indies having destroyed his British documents.
Mr Gordon Brown had also been linked to my own arrest, detention and false imprisonment as of 22nd March 2010.
MY OWN CLAIM
As a separate development on the 13 May 2010 I presented my own claim against police for damages for false imprisonment including exemplary damages.
The claim was presented and filed in the Administrative Division of the Raad vanState in Den Haag. For the avoidance of any doubt, below is the full text of my claim against the police.

GROUNDS OF APPLICATION FOR THE CLAIM AGAINST POLICE FOR DAMAGES FOR FALSE IMPRISONMENT (INCLUDING EXEMPLARY DAMAGES)
1. The Defendants are the Royal Netherlands Military Constabulary, the Rotterdam- Rijnmond Regional Police Force, and others referred to in the Police Act 1993, acting under the direction of the chief of police.
2. On 22 March 2010, at about 9.15 am the Defendants gained unauthorised and unlawful entry into our property (home office) situated at Rotterdam, wrongfully arrested me and my wife Wendy, and wrongfully took us to a police station in Rotterdam where we were detained for 3 days;
3. At the time of the said arrest, the Defendants did not inform us on what charge or on what suspicion of what crime we were being arrested , save a "Tip" that "illegal immigrant" where living at ours;
4. At the police station, we were interrogated under threat of dire consequences, but without the benefit of legal advice or representation;
5. On 24th March 2010, Detective Leo Verschoor tried to push me from the 2nd floor balcony of my home/office, down to a concert floor. It was an attempted murder;
6. On 1st April 2010, my wife and I were scheduled to appear before the Recht bank in Rotterdam, but in the event, only I appeared; my wife had been injected by person or persons unknown in the service of the defendants with some hallucinatory drugs and had bundled on to a plane bound for Malaysia;
7. The proceedings in the District Court were farcical, and despite my best endeavours, neither the Judge nor the lawyer who represented the defendants explained the reasons for our arrest, for the attempted murder, and for the removal of my wife without my knowledge;
8. Following the hearing on the 1st April 2010, I was returned to the secure prison ship Dorecht where I had been unlawfully detained since the 25th March 2010;
9. In the premises, the defendants together with the DT&V and TKF Divisions of the Ministry of Justice wrongly imprison me and deprive me of my liberty since the 22nd March 2010;
10. By reasons of the matters aforesaid, I have been exposed to torture, other cruel, degrading and inhuman treatment or punishment psychological trauma and distress occasioned by long periods in the cell, poor health occasioned by poor diet of bread and tea for breakfast, bread and tea for lunch and more snacks for evening meal and I have sustained great anxiety and have suffered lost and damage.

11. Further pursuant to the statue, I am entitled to, and I claim interest on the amount found due, estimated at 500 thousand Euros, at such rate and for such period as to the Court may appear just.

GROUNDS OF APPLICATION FOR UNCONDITIONAL REALEASE ORDER /LICENCE
1. The Dutch state represented by the officers of the Royal Netherlands Military Constabulary, the Rotterdam-Rijnmond Regional Police Force and by others referred to in the Police Act 1993, acting under the direction of the chief of police, did irreparable damage to my parliamentary ambition in the UK , to my home, profession, and family when they without any reasonable cause or excuse, entered my premises on 22nd March 2010 , arrested and detained me and my wife, and since the date thereof, despite the production of proof / evidence of Community citizenship pursuant to the Aliens Act 2000, section 8 (e ) (CE101 ) attached .
2. The Aliens Act 2000 Section 53 Subsection 1 and 2 violate the European Convention for the protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms as regards to private life, correspondence and discrimination.

My home/office in the Netherlands is situated at Tattistraat 91, 3066CE, Rotterdam. It is the registered office of the PLC Party, a UK Registered Political Party of which I am the Leader, Nominating and Campaigns Officer. My wife , Wendy is the Registered Treasurer of the Party. The estimated valued of our belongings on the premises is 75 thousand pounds). It is a five- room apartment and we paid just under 709 Euros per calendar month.

HOGER BEROEP (Court of Appeal)
The issues which I raised in the various papers submitted should, as a matter of law and practice, be deal with by the Court of Appeal.
I am not just challenging the stupidity of the so call IND foreign police depriving me of my liberty on the basis of some idiotic information that they claimed that to have received from Mr. Gordon Brown or from Mr. Phil Wools, to prevent the PLC Party from taking part in the General Election.
My Appeal is CASSATIE IN HET BELANG DE WET. This means that I am challenging the Aliens Act 2000 in its entirely.
Quite frankly I do not believe that some part time or full time State Councillors are qualified to deal with the issues in an Appeal of that seriousness.
Even then, the Dutch Court of Appeal would need the services of some Professors of law, to unravel the mess written into that evil piece of Legislation.
BLAIR, BROWN, BALKENENDE AND COMMONWEALTH
The Dutch state and its key Institutions were effectively managed from No 10 Downing Street London for the greater part of Labour administration.
Mr Balkenede, President/Minister of Holland, habitually resided in the pocket of Mr. Blair and Mr. Brown during that period.
Indeed, the story of Holland during those years, was a story of the three bees.
The people who got stung very badly by the three bees were Citizens of the British Commonwealth of Nations.
Today, Holland Guantanamos are polluted by Palestinians, Afghans, Iraqis, Egyptians, Georgians, and many others from the British Commonwealth of Nations.
HER MAJESTY THE QUEEN
I do believe that her Majesty the Queen in the United Kingdom would be amused if Buckingham Palace were made aware of what the Dutch state and its Council of State (Raad vanState) and police are doing to many people from the British Commonwealth of Nations who, are being tortured by the Dutch, with the full backing of two previous British Prime Minister, Blair and Brown.
OUR HOPE
One hopes that the British Government under the leadership of Mr.David Cameroon would retrieve the monstrous super secure prison ship Dorecht and burn the bloody thing to cinders.
THE DUTCH ARE BASICALLY BAD FOR HUMANITIES
This is an issue that others would have to address sooner than later.
